Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be monitored and may be asked to make an appointment with a doctor, practice nurse or pharmacist at least once a year (birth month).  A notification may appear on your re-order form.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment, when requested, to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Our practice pharmacist holds a clinic every Wednesday and Friday morning and is happy to answer any medication queries you may have.
