Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be monitored and may be asked to make an appointment with a doctor, practice nurse or pharmacist at least once a year (birth month). A notification may appear on your re-order form.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment, when requested, to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Our practice pharmacists hold clinics every Tuesday and Thursday morning and are happy to answer any medication queries you may have.
