Individuals and families living within the Practice Boundary can register with Rinnes Medical Group. You will be asked to complete a registration form for each individual wishing to register. Forms are available at the Practice or alternatively complete the Permanent Registration Form.
If registering online, please also complete a New Patient Questionnaire.
If you are registering your baby, we require the form issued by the Registrar.
Once the registration process has been completed, you will be invited to attend a screening appointment with the nurse.
We offer an online service for our patients so you can book ROUTINE GP appointments and order your repeat prescriptions online at your convenience.
Forms are available at the Practice or alternatively complete the online form. We will require you to attend the Practice where you will need to provide a valid form of identification eg. photo ID or your passport. Once you are registered, the practice will give you the information that will enable you to create a username and password. This may take a couple of days because we may need to carry out a medication review so that your medication(s) are ready when you go live with the system.
Please ensure that we always have an up-to-date address and telephone number/mobile number for you at all times. You can update your details via the online form, by telephoning the practice or filling in a form at the front desk.
